On April 4, 2012, Robert A. Fleming III, a partner in the firm, will be speaking to the Bay County Bar Association about the Judicial Nominating Commission.  Mr. Fleming has served on the JNC for four years, and is presently sitting as its Vice-Chair.  The JNC is a body of ten area individuals who make recommendations to the Governor regarding judicial appointments in the 14th Circuit.
