Mr. Levy brings significant practical commercial experience and serves as legal counsel for a number of businesses that operate within the Florida Panhandle and nationwide.  Mr. Levy’s background allows him to provide guidance to businesses both large and small.  He is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and helping others successfully grow their businesses.  

He focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, including:

  • Counseling on legal issues related to buy/sell agreements, marketing issues, distributor arrangements, supply chain matters, public policy and corporate governance;
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams in negotiating, structuring and coordinating the sale and acquisition of or investment in middle-market companies;
  • Structuring wealth preservation plans for professionals and business owners;
  • Resolving partnership and shareholder disputes; and
  • Drafting and negotiating various contracts, operating, partnership and shareholders’ agreements, and intellectual property licenses.

He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, Illinois, and Massachusetts.
