Doug Sale, a senior Partner with the Firm specializing in local government law, will be giving a presentation on that topic at a “Growth Management Day” Event hosted by Leadership Bay on December 14, 2011 at the Lynn Haven Library.  His informative presentation will focus on the massive changes to growth management legislation enacted in the 2011 Community Planning Act, with special emphasis on the manner in which control over planning decisions has been returned to local governments.
