We advise clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, providing counsel on how to avoid employment conflict and defend employers who find themselves in a contention. We also represent both employers and employees in contract disputes and the defense or enforcement of a non-compete agreement. In addition, we have experience in administrative actions for unemployment compensation, civil rights violations, and in civil service hearings.
