Robert Fleming has been appointed to the Fourteenth Circuit Pro Bono Committee.   Mandated by the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court order, the Fourteenth Circuit Pro Bono Committee oversees pro bono service to the poor in Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Washington and  Holmes Jackson Counties.  The committee is chaired by the Hon. James B. Fensom, and oversees the operation of the First Saturday Legal Clinic created by the Bay County Bar Association.  The clinic meets on the first Saturday of each month and volunteer members of the Bay County and 14th Circuit Bars volunteer their time to handle the overflow of cases which go beyond the ability of Legal Services of North Florida to intake and process.
