Michael B. Duncan
Michael B. Duncan is a partner with the Firm. His primary areas of practice are land use, state and local government, and transportation law.
Mr. Duncan earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis and his B.S from Florida State University. Mr. Duncan is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Courts of the Northern, Middle & Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Bay County Bar Association and St. Andrews Bay American Inns of Court.
Mr. Duncan serves as the General Counsel of the Panama City-Bay County Airport Authority, General Counsel of the Northwest Florida Transportation Corridor Authority, and City Attorney for the City of Callaway.
