Carlotta Appleman Thacker
Carlotta Appleman-Thacker is a partner at the Firm. Her primary areas of practice are probate, guardianship, estates planning, business law, collections, and real estate.
Ms. Thacker earned her Juris Doctor from the University Of Mississippi College Of Law and her B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
Ms. Thacker is a member of The Florida Bar (Real Property, Probate and Trust sections), Federal Bar of the Northern District of Florida, Bay County Bar Association, St. Andrews Bay American Inns of Court, and a Board Member of the Panama City Rotary Club.
Ms. Thacker is also the former Chairman of the 14th Judicial Circuit First Saturday Legal Clinic. She earned the 14th Circuit’s 2007 Florida Bar Pro Bono Service award for her leadership and work with the Clinic.
