As a result of our extensive local government practice, we have experience in land use and zoning, subdivision approval; commercial development; condominiums; time-share developments; drafting, enforcing and challenging comprehensive plans and land development codes; drafting, enforcing and challenging zoning ordinances; developments of regional impacts; and title insurance issuance. In order to assist the attorneys, the Firm employs four full-time staff members in the closing department who work exclusively on these real estate matters. These staff members have many years of experience in loan closings and title insurance. We are also approved agents for Attorneys Title Insurance Corporation, First American Title, Chicago Title, Ticor, and Fidelity.
